The meeting

The process starts with a conversation. Jane finds out about the person who will be wearing the piece of jewellery and a collaboration takes place. There may be a special reason or event for the jewellery. Or there may be something about the wearer that invokes the qualities the jewellery will have. This preliminary meeting is a great moment, when the client discovers what they want in the jewellery and when Jane begins to create the evocation of their desires.

These meetings can take place either at her studio or via telephone, email or letter.
